Weekly Planning

A shared view of your production week.

01BajramiTech Operations for PharmaWeekly Planning
Everyday production

A shared view of your production week.

In pharmaceutical production, runs, cleaning, preparation and staffing are closely connected. Weekly planning brings this information into a clear overview, creating a shared basis for coordination between production, shift leadership and planning.

The view is adapted to your areas and equipment. Planned tasks, time dependencies and open points can be reviewed by week. Changes are visible where subsequent assignments are made. Scope, data sources and connections to other modules are agreed during implementation.

Feature scope

What matters most.

The specific configuration and delivery are aligned with your intended use.

01

Equipment and areas

Assign production activities to the right equipment or work areas and display their utilisation clearly.

02

Include preparation

Account for cleaning, setup, preparation and planned interruptions within the production week.

03

Coordinate together

Create a shared basis for weekly meetings and subsequent shift and capacity planning.

04

Put changes in context

Consider rescheduling and pending decisions in the context of the rest of the weekly programme.

An operational example

An additional production run on Thursday

An equipment unit needs to handle an additional run. The weekly view first helps check planned cleaning and which activities must move. Additional staffing and available qualifications are then coordinated with the responsible teams. Everyone works from the same planning status.

A possible workflow

From requirements to a shared overview.

1

Prepare the week

Gather equipment, planned activities and known constraints.

2

Coordinate demand

Match production activities with capacity and planned shift staffing.

3

Use the plan together

Use the agreed weekly status for daily coordination and necessary adjustments.
